Kyle tells the Mail Tribune about his daily workout routine which includes basketball, weights, and yoga!
While yoga might be new to a lot basketball players, it's not new to Kyle, who has been practicing since he was in high school! Kyle says:
"When I was in high school, I did yoga with my mom and it's really helped me a lot, A lot of guys take it because it really helps you with your flexibility."After Kyle gets drafted he'll join the growing list of NBA yogis including Hall-of-Famer, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and current stars Baron Davis and LeBron James, and many more!
