Kids Yoga Playlist: Sarah Herrington
I love reading teacher's yoga playlists, so I thought I'd share a kid's yoga playlist. Kids need music, too!  This playlist is great for the 5-10 age range, give-or-take a few years.

1. Sarasangi (Relaxing into the Breath) ~ Music for Deep Relaxation (Amazon)
2. Here Comes the Sun - The Beatles (YouTube)
3. Golden ~ Jill Scott (Amazon)
4. Don’t Worry Be Happy ~ Bobby McFerrin (Amazon)
5. Shake Your Booty  ~ KC and the Sunshine Band (Amazon)
6. Wipe Out ~ The Ventures (Amazon)
7. One Love ~ Bob Marley (Amazon)
8. Three Little Birds ~ Bob Marley (Amazon)
9. Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing  ~ Stevie Wonder (Amazon)
10. There’s Hope ~ India. Arie (Amazon)
11. Savasana Song  ~ The Bingo Kids (Amazon)

You can also throw in some instrumental stuff, maybe some of Shakta Kaur  Khalsa’s kids' yoga music (I like her 'I Am Happy', with its Kundalini roots), and if you’re brave take some requests! Expect Beyonce, top-40, Disney music, and the unexpected. (One of my first grade yoga classes is obsessed with Michael Jackson? ;)  Silence also rocks.
