The list of great apps for better, healthier, greener living continues to grow.  We've previously covered apps on meditation, organic food, green travel, and yoga -- and now Deepak Chopra joins the app world with his first-ever app, Stress Free.

With Stress Free, Chopra guides you through his mind/body approach to eliminating stress and includes interactive exercises, music, and even nutrition advice. According to the app, "in six short steps, you can uncover the secrets of removing stress from your life forever." Here are Chopra's six steps:

  1. Find your true identity.
  2. Live the present.
  3. Use your body for feedback.
  4. Find invincibility.
  5. Rid yourself of toxins.
  6. Practice the law of attraction.

At $9.99, this app is higher-priced than others, but if it can help you reduce -- or even eliminate stress, it's definitely worth it.  And if anyone has a track record of helping people reduce stress, it's Chopra.
