Oprah has been on a wellness tear this week. She started off with her vegan challenge, and yesterday Jennifer Aniston gave Oprah a yoga mat for her birthday.

Jen is a big fan of yoga and says her instructor, Mandy Ingber, "brought yoga into my life" and that yoga "completely changed my life."

Namaste to that!

And namaste to Oprah's new YogaMatic mat, which has a picture of her dogs!

Hopefully Oprah hits the mat and starts to have some yoga on her network and her show!
