Jenny McCarthy's Fitness Secret: Yoga, Eating Healthy, and...

At age 38, Jenny McCarthy looks pretty darn good. Though she says her body changed after age 35 and had to switch things up.

Jenny says, "I didn’t have to work out before 35 but now I have to so it’s treadmill, Bikram yoga, watching what I eat and of course great sex. Lots of great sex!"

She's previously said that she practices for 90 minutes a day and credits yoga for her trimmed body.

It seems to be working.
