Probiotics are getting a lot of attention these days as they're naturally occurring bacteria that can help our digestive and immune systems. Probiotics are found in everything from yogurts to dairy products -- and now, water, with phd's probiotic-enhanced water.

We tested the "Citrus Boost" flavor and were pleasantly surprised. It tasted like a healthier version of Gatorade, but with great ingredients like organic agave nectar and a clean, refreshing finish. It only has 90 calories per bottle, too.
