After seeing endless overpriced and unappealing homes she made it her goal to marry good design with minimal environmental impact to create "green" homes that would be available to everyone.
Michelle Kaufmann Designs was soon born and since then her homes have been showcased in museums including MOCA in Los Angeles and Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry.
