As a 10-year cancer survivor, dedicated yogi, teacher and freelance graphic designer, Sara’s creativity, passion and determination for living life flows to all who enter the room. On her mat, she has found courage, confidence, strength, happiness, fearlessness and her true self. Through dedicated practice, she is now able to live a happier, healthier, more connected life and encourages others to do the same. Sara is a 200-Hour RYT, is pursuing a certification in Budokon Yoga teacher training, and continues her studies in the Boston area.
